Shipping Policy

Destinations

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

FREE shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase. Shipping is already included in the product price.

Delivery times

Order processing: 1–3 business days.
Transit: 8–16 business days to the United States and Canada.

Estimated total time: 9–19 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays) or due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather, carriers).

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it in real time. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect address or undelivered order

Please double-check your address before confirming your purchase. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can reship it once the address is corrected (a reshipping fee may apply).

Lost or damaged packages

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days of shipment, or arrives damaged, contact us at adnelsirleyjesus@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
